Can't recommend Jon and the team more. Jon and Chris (and later "Thor"!) helped relocate a piano from one home to another and I couldn't be more delighted with it. Despite it being heavier than expected and access being tight, their positivity, enthusiasm, kindness and grace combined with pure strength and problem solving skills never wavered. Communication was so smooth and efficient throughout and the guys managed to get the job done seemingly against all odds and I am beyond grateful. Would 100% use these guys for future furniture removal and recommend to anybody looking for a friendly, professional and fair-priced removal service. Jon and I’m really sorry I can’t remember the tall guys name but the rate for two men and a van to collect and bring in to my property was amazing. Not only did they bring it in they put it together and said if I wasn’t happy they’d move it around as that was part of the service. They really did go above and beyond. I couldn’t flat fare them as they were adamant I should. I would highly recommend them to anyone and not just because Jon is a fellow furbaby parent. I will absolutely use them again without hesitation and no need to even waste my time shopping around. Jon said he would happily come and pick the sofa up and drop it to another property. Within an hour or 2 of being let down he turned up and took the sofa. He was very kind and professional, taking the time to sheet up my carpets as it was a wet day. He set it up for me where I wanted, and even put a table together for me at a small extra charge.
