What areas do you serve?

Whilst we are based in West Sussex, we offer services nationally as well as locally.

Do you provide packing services?

Yes, we offer packing services to help you prepare for your move. Our team can assist with packing your items securely to ensure they arrive safely at your new location. This is not automatically included in our quote, so please specify if it is a service you require. We would be happy to give you two quotes – one with packing, and one without.

However, we always endeavour to wrap and secure larger and more fragile items for delivery. We just need to know about them beforehand.

What are your payment options?

Currently, we only accept bank transfers. When the quote has been accepted, two invoices will be sent to you – a 20% non-refundable deposit to be paid in advance to secure your slot, and a final invoice which is to be paid on the day once the job has been completed.

Is there a cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel the service, please let us know ASAP so that we can open up the slot to others. However, the deposit is non-refundable.
